These terms govern your use of the Manakrati website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. About us
Manakrati is a handcrafted goods studio based in India, selling crochet bouquets, jewellery, home décor and accessories. You can reach us at manakratiforever@gmail.com or via our contact form.
2. Products and ordering
- All products are made to order. Nothing is pre-made or held in a warehouse.
- Product images are representative. Because yarn is dyed in small batches, exact shades may vary slightly from what is shown. This is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is unexpectedly unavailable or if we suspect fraud. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
3. Pricing and payments
- All prices shown on the site are final and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are set and verified on our servers at the time of checkout. A price shown in your browser bag cannot be manually altered to change what you are charged.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery (where enabled).
- We do not store any payment card details.
- Coupon codes are subject to their stated terms (minimum order value, category restrictions, expiry dates and per-customer limits). Only one coupon may be used per order.
4. Shipping
- We ship within India only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Dispatch times are estimates. Because every item is made after you order it, we ask for 7–10 business days before your parcel is handed to the courier.
- Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and refunds
- Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch are not possible.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Slight colour variations due to yarn dye batches are not considered defects and are not covered by our return policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photographs, illustrations, copy, designs and the Manakrati name — is our property or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
7. User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Manakrati is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page with the most recent “Last updated” date is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
